Where the idea came from

I really want to improve my painting skills, and as I spend time also sculpturing stone, painting would be a great past time durning the winter months and eveings.  And so, as a project I have decieded to paint my 100 strangers from my flickr project "One Hundred Strangers.  I have painted my first stranger, who is really my '0' stranger . I didn't include him as my number one because the photograph was a disaster due to my nerviousness.  Anyhow...I shall begin a blog so I can rant away about all my feelings and notes while doing this project.
